Description of the issue:

Collision boxes of some rotated multiblocks have a weird offset to them.

The best way to see it is to make a silo or diesel generator and form it while it's facing anywhere but north

Tank for example does not seem to be affected by this.

Vertical conveyors are affected aswell (plus Covered)

Again any rotation except north
