Description of the issue:

Engineer's circuit table breaks and creates a duplicate when you right-click it with a hammer. The duplicate floats as if it were dropped and half of the table remains (rotated 90 degrees clockwise) where you clicked it. When you break that "half table" and pick up the other floating part, you end up with two tables in your inventory. Does not appear to depend on orientation or surrounding blocks. You also lose any contents in the circuit table slots.
