[1.16.5] Powered Lantern not turning upside down

Forge-version: 1.16.5-forge-36.1.16
Wanted to light my base cave with IE Powered Lanterns, which I know for ages did flip upside down when right clicked with the Engineer's Hammer (Also as stated in the section about them in the Engineer's Manual)
But when you place them, they just set down in the orientation with the connection ports facing downwards, without the abillity to flip them via the hammer.
There is the interaction of it (I.E. the hammer swinging at it) but nothing else.
