Mixer outputs its own input and fluid router attached to output doesn't work

Description of the issue:
Creating liquid concrete outputs the water if plugged directly into a pipe, once the concrete has all been output. Using a fluid router as suggested in #4380 doesn't work. Putting the router directly attached to the Mixer output will not output anything. Filters are all set to liquid concrete, but nothing is out in the pipes. I tried also pipes for other mods, nothing. I can only connect a pipe directly to the mixer, but I'll get water in the pipes eventually and the system will jam.
