This is to keep track of a known issue. Rejected PR #4916

Due to integer rounding at this line, diesel fuel burn value should ever only be a factor of 1000, otherwise its effective burn time will be rounded up to one, e.g. 334 to 500, 501 to 1000, 201 to 250 etc. Any number greater than 1000 would cause the generator to not consume any fuel to run. This is of some interest to mod developers intended to make compat with IE and modpack makers intended to add more fuel to diesel generators.
