[1.16.5] Formed Bucketwheel, Silo and Tank render in Manual are not rotated correctly.

Description of the issue:
Looking at the bucketwheel, silo and tank in the manual and comparing the formed version to the block version shows the formed version not being aligned to where the blocks were.
Tank and Silo are offset from the center
Only taken a screenshot of the silo because the tank is pretty much the same deal
