Description of the issue:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Trade a bit with an IE villager until you get the discount
  2. Trade with a second villager until you get the discount
  3. Have them gossip together to get the discount gossip, this time the price will go above original price

Reproduced with at least the structural engineer and the machinist
