[1.16.5] Placing Engineer's Workbench deletes an adjecent block

Description of the issue:

When you place a Workbench, i.e. a two wide multiblock in a situation where it doesn't have enough space it just deletes one of the adjacent blocks without dropping anything. This also deletes Bedrock for example.
