Description of the issue:

Hitbox of covered extracting conveyor appears to be the same as normal extracting conveyor. Noticed it when trying to add redstone connector to side of covered extracting conveyor. Worked around it by clicking on the bottom edge of the side. The hitboxes on the normal covered conveyors are fine. Didn't check other combinations. This may be similar to #3911 which is an old (closed) issue for covered vertical conveyors.
