When Unloading (leaving the area) and Loading chunks, pipes connected to machines stop functioning. you have to disconnect the pipe with the engineers hammer and reconnect it in order for the fluid to begin flowing again.

This has been tested on Squeezers, Fermenters, Coke Ovens and Refineries.

If not, doing a binary search and finding the guilty mod would really help speed this up
