Description of the issue:

When using a tank from the endertanks mod to directly push fluid from a fermenter/squeezer into a refinery, a crash occurs when the tank is activated. I am not sure which mod is causing the bug, so I have reported here and in the endertanks github

Crash occurs with just these mods, it is obviously crashing due to some sort of issue between these mods so this is the minimal mod list
