"Issue" (quotes since this is not a bug)
Using the steel drill I've had several occasions where I forgot to sneak and accidentally dismantled things I didn't want to.
Also, when used in a modpack that adds some sort of hovering flight/jetpacks, sneaking is not possible in mid air.

Suggested Solution
Make the single block mode of the steel drill a toggle, similar to the igniton mode of the Chemthrower to improve QoL.
