[1.18.1] Cloche doesn't accept water from pipe or bucket [SOLVED]

Description of the issue

Trying to fill a cloche with water doesn't work, whether piped in (IE pipes fed by water pump) or bucket.

Created

  • 2 cloches
  • 4 thermoelectric generators, blue ice on one side, lava on other
  • coated steel wire, though the same problem appears with copper wire.
  • water pump, bottom and 3 sides set to input, 4th side set to output to the pipe
  • water pipes to both cloches

All relevant items appear to have power. Lights are lit, voltmeter shows 16kFE on cloches and 8kFE on water pump. Dirt in bottom slot, any seed in top slot, bonemeal in left slot under water meter.

Turns out I hadn't hooked it up properly. My apologies for having made this mistake. I needed to put a lever on and put the pump above water, after that it works fine.
