Description of the issue:

In the list of materials necessary for building the bottler, two fluid pumps are listed when only one is actually used in the multiblock. I assume this is because the fluid pump takes up two blocks worth of space, but is one item.
This issue persists in a minimal modlist, and therefore is not a conflict with another mod.
