Expected Behavior

Crusher should have higher processing speed when the energy input is higher.

Actual Behavior

If the machine starts with no energy, it works fine. However, when it starts with full energy, the nominal energy incoming rate equals the energy consumption rate, which cause the machine to perceive that it only has low energy supply and keep the low processing speed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. build a Crusher
  2. throw in a stack of cobblestone
  3. connect to a full supply of LV
  4. watch the processing speed
  5. wait till processing stops
  6. throw in another stack of cobblestone
  7. watch the processing speed. It will be 4 times slower
