[1.19] Fluids doesn't show after chunk reload until updated

Expected Behavior
Fluids should show when opening the GUI.
Actual Behavior
You need to update the fluid container to get the fluids to show.
Steps to reproduce
- Fill a machine with fluid
- Close and reopen the world
- Check the fluid meter in the GUI and see that shows empty
- Update the container filling or extracting fluid.
- See that the fluid is update and the previous fluid didn't show.
