Expected Behavior

For me the sentence "Blocks like hoppers will be able to drop items onto the belts (rightclick) or adjust whether they should run up- or downwards (sneak + rightclick)." seems like a text editing mistake. Isn't it the Hamer that adjusts whether belts should run up- or downwards with sneak + rightclick?
