Railgun shooting nowhere near the crosshair

Minecraft Version
1.19
Immersive Engineering Version
1.19.2-9.0.0-153
Expected Behavior
The railgun to shoot relatively straight
Actual Behavior
The railgun shooting and extremely wide and completely broken angles no matter the ammo type or attachments. I'm kinda new to Immersive Engineering but this doesn't seem like a very normal behavior and I've seen plenty videos of it working perfectly fine
Steps to reproduce
Get railgun
Charge it
Get one of the ammo types
Charge up the shot
Fire
Be completely confused as to why you shot the random chicken on the hill you didn't even know was there until the railgun shot shot into a completely random direction and destroyed it
Debug Crash Log
Is it actually hitting things in that wrong direction? It renders weirdly because MC caps the synced entity speed at 3.9 blocks/tick, while the railgun does 20 blocks/tick. But in my testing it still hit where I was aiming, i.e. it triggered target blocks, killed entities, or ended up there as the projectile entity you can pick up (except in the 25% of cases where the projectile breaks on impact).
