Explain your idea

Hi there,
This is quite a simple request and many would appreciate it, especially modpack makers. At the moment you can configure the energy usage of machines but not their maximum energy buffers. These seem to be hardcoded. I would ask that this becomes a config option. The link below shows an example where this is hardcoded in the Excavator.
