Explain your idea

I'm trying to use only IE tools and the buzzsaw blades fills the gap of silk touch and axe right click pretty well, however these 2 blades are pretty slow compared to a vanilla pickaxe or the drill on breaking stone and metal blocks. I'd say apart from being able to break these blocks the mining speed could be increase so it does feel like using the correct tool.
