The localization missing with Jade-IE plugin setting UI

Expected Behavior

They should have own localization texts.

Actual Behavior

I found the localization missing when I visited Jade-IE's plugin setting UI. English and Chinese language files both don't have them.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click Mod Options button on title screen;
  2. Find Jade and click Config;
  3. Click Plugin Settings and Immersive Engineering button respectively;
  4. Display this screenshot.
