Expected Behavior

Tools such as Mining Drill, Buzzsaw, Revolver, etc. are placed in the workbench, new toolhead is attached, tool is removed and placed into inventory.

Actual Behavior

Steps follow as the above but upon placement in the inventory item disappears. Tested with Drill and Buzzsaw, and freshly crafted variants therein.

Steps to reproduce

1. Craft mining drill or buzzsaw and tool head
2. Place into workbench and attach head (and or other items)
3. Remove from workbench and attempt to click into inventory

This also occurs with all items that can be placed in the "tool" slot of the workbench including blueprints and will also happen when using the maintenance kit.

After some more testing this issue is not reproduced with the circuit bench, however items do not disappear when shift clicked out of the workbench/maintenance kit.

As a followup this also happens with a fully charged railgun.
