Expected Behavior

Structural engineer villager should not have the same trade twice. I asumme the other one should be aluminium or steel rods.
This affects 1.19.2, 1.19.4, 1.20.1 and 1.20.4 testing server

Steps to reproduce

  1. Give a villager the structural engineer job
  2. Trade until apprentice level
  3. Get "lucky" with the trade
