Bottling Machine is eating buckets

Expected Behavior

I expect placing multiple containers/buckets on a bottling machine to have them all filled one by one.

Actual Behavior

The bottling machine returns about 5 buckets per 16 buckets placed on the belt.

Steps to reproduce

Simple setup:

  • bottling machine filled with water.
  • extractor conveyor on the left chest.
  • place a stack of buckets(16) in the chest
  • in the output chest will be 5 buckets with water. All other buckets vanished.

This is an exact duplicate of #5740 but it does not seem fixed.

Workaround

It works fine when using a hopper to feed the buckets from the chest.
