Diesel Gen can perpetually produce energy if the fuel amount is low enough

Expected Behavior
diesel gen will shut down when it doesn't have enough fuel to run
Actual Behavior
if the amount of fuel inside the generator is low enough it will run forever
I tested this in 1.20.4 by setting the bio-diesel burn time to 322 (which is what IP's diesel uses, that's how I learn about this but in 1.19), when the generator runs enough time it ends up with 8 fuel inside if you only give 1 bucket (I'm assuming this would happen with any left fuel lower than 10) and it outputs energy perpetually.
Steps to reproduce
set bio-diesel burn time to 322
give the generator 1 buck of fuel
observe
