Core Sample Drill not starting via redstone

Expected Behavior

In the manual it states that "The drill can be started by hand or redstone signal." so any redstone signal should start the sampling proccess.

Actual Behavior

When i try to power it with redstone it does not start but rather pauses the proccess.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place Core Sample Drill and supply it with power.
  2. Give redstone signal.

I chose to change the manual for my PR because it makes the game more consistent overall with minimal loss of functionality, as the core sample drill could not be automated anyway.
