Actual Behavior

Chemthrower does not function, and tooltip always shows it as empty despite being filled with liquids.

Steps to reproduce

1. Spawn chemthrower
2. Place barrel and fill with fluid of your choice
3. Go into survival, fill chemthrower
4. Right click
