Regular armor values for each piece of equipment

Actual Behavior

Each piece of Steel gear has insane values.

Steps to reproduce

1. Search for Steel armor from IE using JEI
2. Witness the greatest armor stats to ever grace modded minecraft.
3. Craft it anyway and become a god.

Oh my god the armor value is the same as the item's durability, that's hilarious

i hope it get fixed, imagine this on a server x), i'm not using this armor since i can craft it in like 10 min of playing
