Expected Behavior

There should be an Arc Recycling tab and all of those recipes should not be intermixed into the normal recipes area. Specifically likely linked to #6092 and the display of incorrect recipes there, my guess is someone removed the bodge I had made to get the proper outputs from the recipes?

Actual Behavior

Should have the tab there!

Steps to reproduce

Use JEI, I guess? I stuck JEI in the dev environment as a runtimeOnly because I wanted to use it....
