Expected Behavior

When shift right-clicking a redstone wire connector I expect the multimeter to tell me the redstone signal strength on that color channel

I do not know what the, if there is any, intended behavior is when trying to read the signal strength of redstone wire devices that interact with multiple signal colors, whether it's supposed to read the value of one, all, or none, but I would expect the reading of a Redstone State Cell to be the value currently stored by it

Actual Behavior

When shift right-clicking a redstone wire connector with a multimeter, it says "Linking from..." as if I was trying to measure the loss between two points on a power line, instead of telling me a signal strength. The same behavior happens when shift right-clicking all other redstone wire devices
