Charging Station has incorrect lighting after reloading a world.

Expected Behavior
Charging station does not affect client light level
Actual Behavior
After joining a world, charging stations turn itself and sometimes other blocks around it to a client light level of 0 sky. Being powered or connected to a power grid does not seem to affect it.
Reloading chunks using F3+A does not fix this issue, nor cause it to happen again.
Breaking and replacing the charging station fixes it until the world is rejoined.
Steps to reproduce
Place a charging station, anywhere.
Quit the world and rejoin it.
The charging station now has 0 client light
