Explain your idea

Currently IE has a number of blocks (primarily bricks) with different texture and model variants, but not all of them have all the variants that they "should" have when compared to bricks that share the variants they do have

Coke bricks, blast bricks, reinforced blast brick, reinforced concrete, and reinforced concrete tiles all have slabs, but no stairs/walls
Kiln brick has slabs, but no stairs/walls
Concrete and hempcrete have the full suite of vanilla stone brick variants, except for mossy. A cracked version of the plain regular stuff would be nice as well

Sheetmetal, blocks of metal, and coal coke all have slabs, but no stairs or walls. Coal coke doesn't necessarily make sense to have things like stairs or walls, unless players wanna build in world stockpiles of it. Maybe get rid of the slab and add snow layer behavior instead?
