Currently, in IE, there is no way of automating Blaze Rods due to nothing counting as player kills.
Gun Turrets are the best idea I could come up with for something to change that, as I didn't even know they didn't simulate player kills until i asked her! It would give just a bit of extra automation possibilities due to some mob drops being locked to player kills.
