Feedthrough Insulators Don't Respect Block Harvest Level
Closed this issue ยท 0 comments
Minecraft Version
1.21.1
Immersive Engineering Version
12.3.2-190
Expected Behavior
Feedthrough Insulator blocks should respect the mining level of the block they are going through (ex. obsidian requires a diamond pickaxe).
Actual Behavior
Turning a block into a Feedthrough Insulator (by placing a wire connector on either side and using a hammer) allows you to break it with any pickaxe rather than the pickaxe it would normally require.
This allows you to break, Obsidian, Bedrock, or any other Feedthrough block with a Wooden Pickaxe. I discovered this on IE 1.20.1-10.2.0-183, but I verified that it occurs on 1.21.1-12.3.2-190 as well when making a report.
Steps to reproduce
- Place LV wire connectors on either side of any block.
- Hit one of them with a hammer to convert the block into a Feedthrough.
- Break the block with a Wooden Pickaxe regardless of the original mining level.
