No Longer Can Put Handrails On Normal Catwalk

Expected Behavior

Sneak right click the edge of a catwalk to put a guardrail on it.

Actual Behavior

Sneak right clicking the edge will make one side have a guardrail but it also rotates. Further attempts to make other sides have guardrails only make it rotate

Edit: Happens regardless of what side I right click on, it just adds one side and rotates when trying to add the others. Happens on all 3 types of catwalks

Steps to reproduce

  1. place the catwalk,
  2. Sneak
  3. Right click on one edge of the catwalk
  4. Right click several times on the same catwalk
