We have Radio Tower, Resonanz Observer and Crate Storage Shelf, why don't we add advancements for them, just like other multiblocks?

Because the Radio Tower and Shelf are not nearly as progression relevant as the other multiblocks, and our Advancements exist for the purpose of guiding players through the game.

The Resonanz Observer meanwhile is only getting an Advancement when there is more Weird Science stuff to go along with it.
