Expected Behavior

Capacitor backpack with antennae will charge while standing under uninsulated electrical lines.

Actual Behavior

Capacitor backpack with antennae will not charge if applied to armour or in a bauble slot. The backpack still charges things like the railgun, but even standing directly below HV wires the backpack will not charge. It charges fine if equipped in your chestplate slot, but if you put it into the baubles mod slot or craft it with your armour it will not charge the pack.

Steps to reproduce

Give the capacitor backpack the antennae attachment
Equip capacitor backpack in baubles slot or craft it with your chestplate
Walk under uninsulated cables
The pack will not charge
