Expected Behavior
If you stop a resonanz observer by inputing a redstone signal, it should keep its paper use progress, waiting for it to be used at the next time.
Actual Behavior
It completely forgot the paper it was using, and consumed a new piece of paper at the next time. Therefore, if you input a high-frequency redstone signal, the resonanz observer would hungrily consume all papers inserted.
