Explain your idea

Comparators should be able to read the internal buffer of the resonanz observer. One cloche makes more paper than a resonanz observer consumes, so having a way to automatically shut off the cloche when the observer gets full would be nice. This would prevent either a not fully automated buffer or lagging a server from lots of item entities on conveyors, and would just allow a simple and neat redstone automation solution.
