Revolver Bugs in 1.21.1 NeoForge

Expected Behavior

Revolver in 1.20.1-10.2.0-183 works fine.

Actual Behavior

In version 1.21.1-12.4.2-194 NeoForge,
the following issues with revolvers have been observed:

1.All revolver-related perks (luck, fire rate, noise) are not functioning.
2.The ability to dual-wield and fire revolvers is not functioning.
3.After firing a High-Explosive Cartridge, an Empty Shell is left behind instead of an Empty Casing (is this intended?).

Steps to reproduce

  1. I obtain perk attachments through trading with villagers and craft a revolver with them at the workbench, testing shows that its luck, noise, and fire rate are all identical to those of a base revolver with no perks.
    (fishing, firing, angring Enderman from blocks away etc.)

2.In previous versions, when holding a revolver in both the main hand and off hand, holding down the right mouse button allowed for dual-wield firing. However, in the latest 1.21.1 IE, only the main-hand revolver can fire.

3.When loading a revolver with High-Explosive Cartridges, after firing, Empty Shells are left behind, whereas in previous versions, they were Empty Casings.
