High-Cetane Biodiesel burn time mismatch between manual and real performance

Minecraft Version
1.21.1
Immersive Engineering Version
12.4.0-192
Expected Behavior
High-Cetane Biodiesel burn time would match the value given in the in-game manual, which currently states that it is 25% longer than regular Biodiesel.
Actual Behavior
High-Cetane Biodiesel burn time is ~10% longer than regular Biodiesel, while the in-game manual states 25%. (~55 seconds for 4 buckets compared to ~50 seconds)
Video demonstrating behaviour, in a modpack. Behaviour has been verified with only NeoForge and Immersive engineering, as well, and is identical.
Steps to reproduce
- Create new creative world
- Place a Diesel Generator
- Use a lever set to "on" to temporarily disable the Diesel Generator
- Outwards from the Diesel Generator, place some piping, a pump with a lever set to "off" on it, some more piping, then a barrel or tank. Ensure that the pump is set to intake from the barrel or tank, and output to the generator.
- Add at least four buckets of Biodiesel to the barrel or tank, then activate the pump.
- Start a stopwatch and enable the Diesel Generator at the same time, or start a recording just before enabling the Diesel Generator.
6a. If using a stopwatch, stop the timer when the Diesel Generator stops making noise
6b. If using a recording, use a video editor to measure time from the instant the lever flips in-game, to the instant the sound ceases, by lining up the playhead at each position and recording the timestamp - Repeat steps 5 & 6 a few times & take the shortest non-early result, to improve precision.
- Repeat steps 5-7 with High-Cetane Biodiesel instead of regular Biodiesel.
- Divide the total time for High-Cetane Biodiesel by the total time for regular Biodiesel. This should be close to 1.1
