[Feature Request]: Improve mod tags

Explain your idea

Please apply these tags to items/blocks in the mod for more general consistency and integration
Assume all tags are specifically ITEM tags unless otherwise indicated

POTION BUCKET

  • #c:buckets
  • #c:buckets/potion

BUCKET OF [X] (Creosote Oil, Plant Oil, Ethanol, Biodiesel, etc)

INDUSTRIAL HEMP FIBER

  • You can probably remove the #c:fiber_hemp tag as well as it's unconventional
