[BUG] Game crashes when forming emplacement (also naval mines)

When I tried to form the emplacement using the Dev build my game crashed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place blocks for emplacement and try to form
  2. after attempting to form game freezes
  3. game crashes

Expected behavior
Once you attempt to form the emplacement the game will instantly crash
