[BUG] Chlorine has no effect over player

Describe the bug
Chlorine has no effect over player, it works like the water, but with inverted gravity

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place a Chlorine
  2. Step Inside
  3. No effect

Expected behavior
Expected chrorine to give effects like poison or blindness

Environment

  • OS: Win10 Pro 22H2
  • Minecraft version: 1.12.2
  • Forge version: 1.12.2-forge-14.23.5.2860
  • Immersive Intelligence version: latest 0.3.0 from github (but the bug exists on 0.2.2/0.2.1)
  • Immersive Engineering version: 0.12-98
    If you have other mods installed, it would be nice if you send a list of them too (maybe it's not II's fault after all) ^^.
