[Bug]: Multiple missing sounds for multiblocks and items

Description
Multiple missing sounds for multiblocks and items, including:
- Missing sounds for Emplacement rotation
- Missing sounds for Mine detector (The subtitles write "Beep"-s, but you can't hear them)
- Missing sounds for bolt-action mechanism (rifles), there is loading and firing sound, but no sliding sound
- Missing sounds for Radio station (The subtitles write "Short radio beeps", but you can't hear them)
- Missing sounds for Artillery howitzer extending
- Artillery howitzer turning sound is bugged (it plays multiple times and overlaps/see attached video)
- Missing sounds for Packer (Probably??)
- Missing sounds for Sawmill (Probably??)
- Missing sounds for Vulcanizer (Probably??)
- Missing sounds for Printing press (Probably??)
(as for 0.3.0 curseforge release)

Reproduction
Build any of the mentioned above mechanisms (or take them in your hands). Make them work, or shoot, and they won't make a sound

7/15/24:
Sounds for the radio did not have the correct name, changed
Mine Detector sound was in the root dir for sound, not in devices. changed.
7/16/24:
Sourced sounds for the wooden & metal gate, along with Vice
Sawmill idle from trimmed sample audio
MG_NEW sourced from regular MG for the time being
4/17/24:
Fixed the lack of bolt sounds when firing rifle. spliced audio together from the start and stop load .ogg into rifle0. Should not impact the muffled and distant variant of the shot sound
Added motor belt and track sounds in fa8dbb6
