[Bug]: Multiple multiblocks bugs (not rendering issues)

- I have checked the existing issues and this one is not a duplicate

Description
Multiple multiblocks bugs.
-Skycart station cannot be powered.
-Electrolyzer input pipe not connecting
-Ballistic computer shell mass is integer, should be float (because shell mass is float too)
-Packer's conveyor belt not accepting items, if item is lying on the input conveyor, it won't be accepted by the packer (check attached video)
-Redstone-data interface is not working (It has no reaction over redstone/data inputed in it), also gui is unfinished, you can't delete variables
-Projectile workshop is not consuming energy (check attached video)
-Projectile filler not consuming filler component, also needs to have any filler in the slot, however it has it's own storage (check attached video)
-Ammunition workshop not consuming energy
-Unable to dissasemble emplacement weapon (check attached video)

Just have tested packer a bit more. Want to add:
- You can't select amount of ammo, after closing gui, number goes back to 1
- You can't de-select "Uses OreDict", after closing gui, it turns back on
Another note:
- Emplacements, if they are not powered, the game will still produce animation of rotation and fire, though ammo won't be consumed, nor bullets fired. Also, current stored energy bar updates very slow, re-entering the world forces update

Things to do:
