Description

Unused tools in the precision assembler are degraded each craft despite the schematic not requiring them.

Reproduction

1. Create precision assembler
2. Set up assembler to craft Silicon Wafer. This schematic requires 1 buzzsaw tool only.
3. Place random assortment of tools in empty slots (does not matter).
4. Observe that with each craft of the Wafer, the unused tools lose durability.

Expected Behaviour

Tools not required by the schematic do not lose durability during crafts.
