Description

Riffle/Handmade Rifle with Semiautomatic Firing Mechanism upgrade shoots twice at one normal RMB click unless it's a very short click

Reproduction

1. Craft/Get Rifle/Handmade Rifle and SFM upgrade
2. Install SFM upgrade to R/HR
3. Load SFM with magazine
4. Try pressing RMB to fire. Shorter clicks will make intended one shot, a bit longer clicks will make two shots, a normal length click will result in seldom one, seldom two shots at one click

Expected Behaviour

The click-registering-fire cooldown in R/HR with SFM upgrade should be higher than the current one
