[Bug]: Emplacement Multiblock's Bugs&Problems

Description
- Despite being able to connect pipes to Emplacement and get the liquid itself (finally), Heavy Chemthrower's UI looks kinda unfinished (there's only just one bar of liquid and nothing else), and also doesn't display the actual contents of the Emplacement (currently it's filled with Napalm). Also I think that 8 buckets of liquid is a bit too small for emplacement variant of chemthrower.
- Machinegun nest STILL doesn't output MG casings when deactivated.
- For some reason, while regenerating from 80% of HP, Emplacement somewhy resets HP on 85% back to 80%. Also despite being connected to Creative capacitor, it doesn't accept electricity anymore.
- Tesla Emplacement's icons and switches, when switched to "status" page, are affected by light (like in the night the icons become dark blue). This happens ONLY when Tesla is installed on Emplacement.
- It might not be a bug, but player (actually EVERYTHING, even emplacements) also get "Stunned" effect when Tesla attacks enemies
- Tesla's lightning is not visible during the attack
- Railgun grenades are not visible in Heavy Railgun Emplacement
- When firing, Heavy Railgun can look at very weird angles that it clips into itself. Though, it doesn't affect targeting at all
- Same issue with CPDS: the gun looks a little lower than supposed while targeting/shooting (about 10-15 degrees lower than it should be)
