Describe the bug
Electrolyzer wont output liquids from the ui by either a bucket in its inventory or an import bus (set to liquids on either of the output blocks)

Oh and one more small thing: Hydrogen in the UI is so transparent, I would not have known it was there if it wasn't for the tool tip.
